COLLECTIVE STRATEGIES:
Collective Strategies is Fuseless Fan’s consultancy and collaboration programme,
designed to support organisations, institutions, and collectives in building more equitable,
disruptive and politically engaged practices.
Drawing from our experience as a contemporary arts nonprofit rooted in queer, intersectional, and radical perspectives, we offer services in:
- Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI): audits, strategy development, and training tailored to arts and cultural spaces.
- Curation & Programming: curating exhibitions, performances, and events that centre underrepresented voices and radical artistic practices.
- Consultancy & Advisory: helping organisations authentically engage with queer, trans, BIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, and migrant communities.
- Creative Development: designing residencies, collaborative projects, and critical writing that expand the boundaries of contemporary art.
Through Collective Strategies, we work without borders — locally and internationally — to challenge dominant narratives and co-create structures where inclusivity, experimentation, and disruption are not just ideals but lived practices.
